Yup, it's official! Sims baby #10 is a GIRL! We all figured that it was going to be a boy, and Mom and Dad even had a name picked out! Jessica was the only one who thought it was going to be a girl, and she was right. Her name is going to be Mabel Jane Sims. Cute, isn't it? It's a very plain name, and yet charming in it's own sort of way. :D
My mom has been doing writing with writing promts on her blog! I have decided to do it too... to... motivate her. ;) Sooooo... here we go!!
December 1: Memory
What's the first thing you remember about 2011? What stands out in your head?
What's the first thing you remember about 2011? What stands out in your head?
Well, I remember when we all went to the Clinton Apple-and-pork festival, with our friends, the Lyons. It was fun, and we had plenty of Pork and Apples.
December 2: Make
This is a two pronged prompt! What did you enjoy making this year? Did you "make the Dean's list"? Or maybe you made a really good wine, or maybe you made some furniture. And, what do you look forward to making during the holidays? Cookies? Homemade gifts?

Oh, yeah, sure I made wine. ;) Just kidding, me and my mom learned how to make these REALLY cute hair flowers to attach to a head band! Very cute, even if I do say so myself. We made sugar cookies so far during the holidays, and I think that we are going to try making rocky road candy. Yum!
December 3: Book
What was your favorite book you read this year? Was it for school or work? Or, was it for fun? And how did you read it? On your Nook or your Kindle? Or, do you still enjoy reading on an actual, physical book? Why did you like it?'

The best book I probably read this year is actually a series of books! They are Frank Peretti's 'Cooper Kids' series. They are full of suspense and mystery, my favorite genre! I also read a good book called 'Understood Betsy', I can't remember the author at the moment. I read that one on the Kindle.
December 4: Miracle
Do you feel you experienced or witnessed miracle this year? How so?
Do you feel you experienced or witnessed miracle this year? How so?
Ooh, This is a toughie. I'm not sure. So many things have uplifted me this year, that seem like miracles in my eyes.
December 5: Songs
By now many radio stations are playing Christmas and other holiday songs. What is one of your favorite holiday songs?

I love the song Carol of The Bells, partly because me and my brother Kenny played it in a band concert recently. That's probably my favorite.
December 6: People
Who did you meet in 2011? Who do you want to meet in 2012?
Who did you meet in 2011? Who do you want to meet in 2012?
How can I know who I'm going to meet in 2012 if it's not here yet? :) I met several people at church, and a lot of them are great friends.
December 7: Quit
Did you quit something this year?
Did you quit something this year?
Hmmm, this is a hard one! I quit eating gum! That's it! My dad 'outlawed' gum, because my little sister got it in her hair... yeah...
Well, that's about it! (So far!) :) Hope you enjoyed my randomness! ;P
